Magic To Do
Double, double, toil and trouble! Hold onto your witch's hats as we zoom on our broom using our imaginations to travel from magical story to magical story.
Early Stages
Creative Drama: Students will embark on a guided imagination adventure based on class themes. As an ensemble, the class creates worlds and characters using their bodies, voices, and imagination. Life skills like teamwork, problem solving, careful listening, empathy, and expression all come into play while we play. Great for students looking to build confidence and make new friends while exploring creative storytelling and theatrical basics.
Story Drama: Storybooks serve as inspiration to study character, dialogue, world building, and story structure. Students explore storybooks through performance, imagination adventures, artwork, and more, using their bodies, voices, and imagination. Life skills like teamwork, problem solving, careful listening, empathy, and expression all come into play while we play. Great for students looking to build performance skills and learn theatrical basics.
Tiny Tunes: When you like your drama with a little song and dance! Students will be introduced to acting, vocal, and choreography basics. Exploring storytelling, character, and what it takes to perform in a musical number. Life skills like teamwork, problem solving, careful listening, empathy, and expression all come into play while we play. Great for students looking to build performance skills and learn theatrical basics.
